Come and share a convivial and festive moment on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., during our Afterwork Noël Côté Portets event.
The program includes local producers presenting their regional specialties. Hournadet Farm, located in the Landes region, has been producing foie gras since 1987. Ludovic Ortiz has been an oyster farmer for 25 years in the Arcachon basin, where he raises his oysters. The number 3 dishes are his specialty and have given their name to his restaurant, Atelier numéro 3. A tasting of the estate’s wines will also be offered in a warm atmosphere with Christmas-themed colors.
Three options to choose from:
– Formula 1: 6 oysters / plate of half-cooked foie gras, Hournadet pâté, dried magret / wine tasting
– Formula 2: Assorted foie gras, duck foie gras, duck liver pate, duck rillettes, Hournadet pate, dried duck breast / wine tasting
– Formula 3: 12 oysters / wine tasting
Single price: 15€/person
On the same day, you will receive tokens that will serve as currency for you to collect your plates directly from the producers.
During this evening, you will have the opportunity to discover the Portets comic book in collaboration with the illustrator Polina Vichniakoff. The artist will be present for the opening.
